Last week's workouts

Oops. Forgot to blog last week!

Thursday, I did the usual 10 minute warm-up on the treadmill, 2000m on the rowing machine, followed by weights.

That counts as 10 + 10x2 + 45/2 = 53 (rounding up)

Total for the week: 180 - 64 - 53 = 63 left
