I promised I would review my goals on Feb. 1. Better late than never...
180 minutes isn't happening. I manage 100 easily (I'm shocked!). So for February, I'm going to aim for 120, with the intention of increasing this each month. I have a few days coming up where I won't be able to go on my usual kid-free Tues/Thurs time slot. This means scheduling babysitting in advance.
The fruit and veggies goal... I'm not even remembering it. So for February, I'm putting it on my fridge, and working on better meal planning.
So I've been fairly consistent about heading to the gym regularly. I have done NO swimming, and no cycling (not even the stationary bikes). There's no reason I can't haul my bike inside onto a wind trainer. I haven't done any running. Maybe I should slide a bit into my walking...
