Swimming up the hill

Slacker girl hasn't done any spinning for a week. Bad girl!

Today's swim workout: 300m warmup
front crawl: 50m slow, 100m medium, 50m fast - 3 sets of this
breast stroke: same
backstroke: same
cooldown: 50m arms only, 50m legs only, 200m ?? (missed this bit)
Total: 2400m or 96 lengths

I managed 300m warmup, 400m front crawl, 400m breast stroke, 400m backstroke or 1500m

Well, I think that's what I did. My ability to count was limited today. Duh!


Total journey: 27.1 km or 16.9 miles - still climbing the Malahat!
