Cardio today

Today I did cardio, since Jen hasn't finished writing up my new weight workout yet.

I did 30 minutes walking on the treadmill, followed by 2000m on the rower (11:26.9 min). Then I did 2 laps of the track and headed out.

It didn't even occur to me to stretch. Duh.
