Swimming again

So today I got back in the pool. My triceps were objecting. They thought the water was too thick today. I did about 20 lengths in about 20 minutes. That was enough.

I'll be heading to the gym tomorrow.

120 - 20 = 100 minutes to go this week

Good for you! 20 laps today is much better than adding those laps to another swim workout. Consistency is huge in swimming.

So, which tri is your goal race?

Then went home and cuddled her son.

20 thick laps today will make 40 seem easier next week :)

Thick water, I've felt that before...
