The last 2 weeks have been too busy, and I've missed out on workouts.
Week One: Swimmer boy had a cold, so we skipped the pool Monday. I helped out at preschool on Tuesday, and missed my own workout. Thursday we picked up Grandma from the airport, and both kids were off school, and I missed my workout.
Week Two: Monday was a holiday, so no lessons. Tuesday, I had an appointment, and had to drive Grandma back to the airport. Thursday... hmmm.... Oh yeah. My son demanded I stay with him at preschool (unusual), and I had a bunch of stupid errands to do that actually got done since I was kid-free.
So two full weeks of no workouts. Not good. This week is back to the usual routine.
